SDRES and many other organizations in San Diego have done a tremendous amount to move the region to 100% renewable energy.  Join us for our Summer celebration!

We have done our job to drive this agenda -- and the new administration gives us more to do!

• The City passed the Climate Action Plan, which calls for 100% of electric use in the city to be from renewable sources from 2035!

• Homeowners and businesses have installed over 110,000 rooftop or private solar installations!

• SDG&E provided 43% renewable energy in 2016, and is well ahead of the Renewable Portfolio Standard mandate!

• Community Choice Aggregation offers other municipalities the option to purchase renewable energy!
Over 24,000 electric vehicles are on San Diego roads!

With the commitment from local governments, the widespread adoption of solar, and the move to cleaner cars, SDRES has met it's mission to move the region to renewable energy. So please join us to celebrate SDRES and our partners in making this happen. There is still work to do – but many others can now build on our success.
