** In response to the 2005 CA State Water Plan

the SD regional water suppliers, the
County Water Authority (CWA), the County (CoSD), and City of SD (SD) formed a Regional Water Management Group (RWMG) and a
Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) of 25 stakeholders by 2007
the first Truly Consensus-Based Decision-Making Body in San Diego.
**In 2007, they produced the first
Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP) which guided the selection of Project for State Prop 50 Water Bond money.

**In 2009, produced the CA Water Plan Update 2009,
which includes CLIMATE CHANGE, and which with
the '07 IRWMP is guiding the current selection of projects for the Prop 84 money:
