Description

Bill Earley has over two dozen years and substantial experience representing employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law issues, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, unfair competition, privacy rights, wage and hour claims (including class action defense), as well as considerable skill and experience in liability planning, contract negotiation and interpretation, and labor and employment counseling.  Bill's major point of emphasis in working with his clients is claims prevention.  Along with previously serving his firm on its Executive Committee as well as being the labor and employment group's practice leader, Bill is very committed to our community and serves it in many ways including currently as a Board member with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, SDSU Alumni and Campanile Foundation, Rotary Club 33, LEAD San Diego, and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Bill is a multiple-time Super Lawyer awardee and is rated AV-Preeminent by the Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating service (the highest possible rating). During his tenure at Luce Forward, Mr. Earley was a member of the firm's Executive Committee (2001-2002) and served as the practice group leader for the firm's labor and employment group (1998-1999).
